Key Responsibilities

• Act as the global architect and owner of our marketing technology stack, continuously evaluating platform health, reviewing new feature updates, and proactively recommending software integrations to keep our infrastructure cutting-edge.

• Partner closely with IT, data engineering, and ecommerce teams to extract, clean, and consolidate data from multiple pipelines, designing, building, and maintaining real-time marketing dashboards in Looker Studio (or similar BI tools) to track cross-platform performance.

• Establish a regular reporting cadence with segment marketing teams and turn complex datasets into actionable insights to optimize campaign ROI.
