The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, Meridian Partners is seeking a Workday Financials Lead to lead functional delivery for complex Workday Financials implementations serving public sector organizations.

Why Meridian — And Why Now

There are plenty of Workday consulting firms. Here's what makes Meridian different.

You'll lead meaningful client work. You'll own high-impact Financials workstreams and become a trusted advisor to public sector clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.

You'll focus on delivery—not organizational politics. We empower our Leads to make decisions, solve problems, and work directly with clients while partnering with experienced Solution Architects on overall program direction.

You'll continue growing your leadership skills. Whether mentoring consultants, leading workshops, or supporting pre-sales, you'll have opportunities to expand your influence beyond configuration.

You'll work on projects that matter. Our clients include state and local governments, K–12 organizations, and federal agencies whose Workday investments directly support the communities they serve.

You'll grow with a firm that's growing. As Meridian continues to expand its Workday practice, experienced leaders have opportunities to help shape delivery standards, mentor new consultants, and influence how we scale.
