With support from senior engineers, you will contribute to technical project delivery while developing the judgement, competence and professional behaviours needed to progress within either the façade design or external wall consultancy pathway.

Build your career in a supportive environment. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and diverse team where we strive to do the right thing for our people, clients and communities.

Take responsibility early. You will be given early responsibility and the opportunity to progress rapidly. Jensen Hughes encourages all Engineers to work towards chartered status, providing help and support throughout the process.
