Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Own RFC financial planning processes, including annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Partner with Fulfillment Operations leaders to improve cost, productivity, quality, and service metrics across the network.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify root causes, uncover opportunities, and support data-driven decision making.
• Develop scalable reporting, KPIs, and automation solutions that improve business visibility and accountability.
• Build business cases and financial models to support capacity planning, process improvements, and strategic investments.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency while balancing customer experience and cost.

Basic Qualifications

• 7-12+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced technology-oriented organization.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, strong business sense, and willingness to work within a fast-paced and growing environment.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and organize large amounts of data and provide insight and recommendation.
• Strong Excel skills
• Fluent level English and traditional Mandarin.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA
• Strong SQL and PowerBI skills
