• Design and oversee grading, drainage, stormwater, utility, roadway, and site civil improvements.
• Manage projects from due diligence and entitlements through construction.
• Navigate permitting and approvals with local municipalities and agencies.
• Collaborate directly with clients, helping turn development opportunities into successful projects.
• Contribute to the continued growth of Atwell's land development presence in the Seattle market.

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Preferred

• Experience with WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD.
• Familiarity with Seattle-area jurisdictions and permitting requirements.
• Strong client-facing and project management skills.

Why Atwell?

• Work on highly visible residential and commercial developments that shape growing communities.
• Greater ownership, influence, and career growth than you'll find at many larger firms.
• Collaborative culture where your expertise is recognized and your ideas are heard.
• Opportunity to build relationships with some of the region's most active developers and stakeholders.
• Top tier benefits that cover health, work life balance, financial success, and personal and professional development
