• Lead line reviews and shape the account strategy that wins them.
• Manage forecasting process and deliver forecast accuracy.
• Lead joint business planning with Menards and turn shared goals into real results.
• Build trusted relationships with Menards merchants and key decision-makers and become the partner they rely on.

• Own the inventory strategy, the financial metrics, and the promotions.

Qualifications

• A background in building products or related durable goods categories.
• An understanding of how retail merchandising organizations, customer planning processes, and the retail environment work.
• Experience developing account strategies and leading business reviews, assortment planning, promotions, and customer negotiations.
• Experience using sales, POS, inventory, and category data to uncover opportunities and drive profitable growth.
• Experience building strategic customer relationships and influencing stakeholders across customer and internal teams.
• The ability to communicate, present, and negotiate effectively with customers and internal partners.
• Willingness to travel about once a month.

Nice to Haves

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in merchandising, channel marketing, or product marketing.
• Background generating and negotiating pull-through programs, managing and growing builder relationships, or working with multi-step distribution.
• A history of growing sales and delivering results.
