This role transforms narrative, graphics, tables, and technical content into polished, evaluator‑friendly layouts that meet rapid‑turn CSO/OTA requirements outlined in the AFS playbook, integrates visuals and data from various sources into a unified document, maintains consistent branding and section organization, and supports the Rapid Response Team by ensuring every submission is clean, compliant, and production‑ready under accelerated timelines.

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
3+ years of desktop publishing, proposal production, technical editing, or document formatting experience.
