Real Estate Agent - 8-15 Qualified Appointments Per Month

No Prospecting. No Desk Fees. Just Closings.

Full-Time | Commission-Based | Active Real Estate License Required (or ability to obtain within 30 days and actively enrolled in licensing)

Join a top-rated real estate team in the US, eight consecutive years, where top agents close 40+ homes per year. You walk into every appointment with a tool most agents in this market don't have.

What You’ll Receive

• A dual-path offer to bring every seller: Guaranteed Offer or open-market listing, so you're never a one-trick pitch
• Competitive splits that increase with production — earn more as you close more
• Supplement Mark Spain appointments with your sphere of influence closings and earn higher splits
• 1:1 coaching with the Director of Sales for accountability, strategy, and growth
