InterSystems is seeking clinically experienced product leaders who are motivated by improving how healthcare is delivered through technology. This role is ideal for professionals with clinical and/or healthcare operations backgrounds and deep experience with health information systems who want to directly influence the evolution of enterprise EHR solutions used by healthcare organizations worldwide.

InterSystems EHR is a clinically focused, enterprise electronic health record platform supporting end-to-end patient care across hospitals and health systems. It delivers a unified, patient-centric record that enables clinicians and care teams to access accurate, real-time information across care settings, specialties, and departments—supporting safe, efficient, and coordinated care delivery at scale.

The InterSystems EHR portfolio includes TrakCare, a globally deployed EHR supporting core clinical and administrative workflows, and IntelliCare, a next-generation evolution of TrakCare with embedded artificial intelligence. Together, they support patient administration, clinical documentation, orders and results management, medication workflows, diagnostics, and revenue-related processes within a single, integrated platform.

Designed with clinician workflows at the forefront, InterSystems EHR emphasizes usability, interoperability, and clinical efficiency. IntelliCare extends these capabilities through AI-enabled automation and decision support, helping reduce documentation burden, surface relevant clinical insights, and enable clinicians to focus more fully on patient care. Built on InterSystems’ interoperable data platform, the solution scales to complex healthcare environments and supports standards-based data exchange globally.

The Product Specialist plays a high-impact role in bridging real-world clinical practice and product functionality.
