ROLE OVERVIEW

The Business Intelligence Team Lead is responsible for building and leading our BI capability across Europe and setting the standards for how we deliver it. This senior role drives the vision for our BI proposition, delivers complex client solutions, and grows the BI team to support our expanding client base. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create reporting and data products that power our clients’ marketing, ecommerce and wider business decisions.

You work closely with clients to understand how their business is run, what decisions they need to make and which KPIs truly matter, and you guide the team in translating that into smart BI solutions and dashboards that people actually use. You guide decision-making on data models and tooling, establish best practices, and make sure our BI capability stays in step with where the industry is going.

An entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business stakeholders is essential to succeed in this role.
