Why This Territory

• Grand Rapid's home-building and outdoor living boom is real — more decks, patios, and backyard projects are going in every year, and demand is outpacing the number of reps actually showing up to sell into it.
• This is a wide-open market, not a picked-over one. You're not inheriting a territory someone else already maxed out — there's real, untapped room to build your own book from day one.
• Manageable geography, real relationships: this region rewards the kind of face-to-face, handshake selling that gets lost in bigger, more crowded metros.
• Most of what's currently on dealer lots here is builder-grade. Bringing a genuinely premium option into this market is a story that sells itself — you're not a tough sell, you're a breath of fresh air.
• Central location means a livable, sane territory — the kind of driving radius that lets you actually build relationships instead of just logging miles.

• Full autonomy over your own book of business, backed by an established, high-performing sales organization.
• A real onboarding program and career path built to help you grow — and earn — over time.

We design, manufacture, and stand behind products that set the standard in our industry—and our sales team sells with confidence knowing they’re backed by quality, innovation, and the industry’s best warranty.
