THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Partner Sales Executive to our Partner Sales team in São Paulo!

The Partner Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving outbound activities to onboard potential partners for Wellhub, expanding Wellhub’s partner network. It is a senior, consultative sales profile with autonomy to lead projects and commercial routines. The primary objective is to close contracts strategically and increase conversion across the sales cycle, sustaining a weekly/monthly launch cadence aligned with the run-rate required by the target and operating model. The role requires a strong understanding of local markets, mastery of Salesforce and related tools, and the ability to manage workload efficiently.

YOUR IMPACT

• Actively qualify leads and initiate communication with potential partners through outbound channels: primarily cold calling, complemented by emailing and social media outreach, focusing on increasing conversion.
• Lead high-complexity consultative negotiations across different partner segments handling objections from leads and stakeholders, using closing-oriented questioning, and structuring pricing and value propositions — with calls and meetings as the primary engagement format to increase conversion across the sales cycle, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
• Track and manage leads and comprehensive partner profiles in Salesforce and SalesLoft, using these tools for data management and reporting.
• Raise the bar for the team: act as the reference for pitch, sales process, and commercial organization; document playbooks and train current executives.
• Independently lead improvements to internal processes and commercial routines with cross-functional areas to increase sales conversion, acting as a reference in productivity, organization, and tool governance for daily routines.
• Sustain a weekly/monthly launch cadence aligned with the run-rate required by the targets and team operating model
• Facilitate the onboarding of new partners end to end including Salesforce integration, regional exceptions, and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address partner needs and concerns, and to understand the client's perspective.
• Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with sales processes and techniques, including cold calling and pitching.
• Mastery of Salesforce and related sales tools (e.g., Salesloft), including automation and reporting.
• Understanding of market analysis and sales strategies
• Familiarity with SaaS sales or Wellness management softwares.
• Minimum of +5 years of commercial experience, with a consultative sales profile. Preferred experience in a B2B context.
• Works with a high degree of autonomy; receives high-level direction on strategic priorities and leads projects and commercial routines independently.
• Makes independent decisions within the scope of the role, including leading process improvements and cross-functional initiatives end to end.
