• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout service.

• Monitor inventory, product rotation, and bar supplies.

• Work closely with the dining room and culinary teams to ensure smooth, coordinated service.

• Support private dinners, special events, and seasonal programming.

• Respond to guest requests with professionalism, discretion, and genuine hospitality.

• Follow all alcohol service, food safety, and sanitation requirements.

• Share knowledge and support the training and development of other team members.

• Stay curious about spirits, cocktails, wine, and current beverage trends.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience, ideally in fine dining, luxury hospitality, craft cocktail bars, or another high-quality service environment.

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.

• A genuine interest in learning and continuing to develop beverage knowledge.

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

• Strong organization and attention to detail.

• The ability to stay calm, polished, and efficient during busy service.

• A collaborative approach and willingness to support the broader dining team.

• Creativity, curiosity, and pride in the craft of bartending.

At Twin Farms, bartending is about more than making a great drink. It is about understanding the guest, noticing the details, and creating an experience that feels effortless and personal.

If you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy building connections with guests, and want to continue growing your craft within a distinctive luxury environment, we’d love to hear from you.
