A Quick Note Before You Apply…

Cricut is in a powerful chapter of transformation. We’re evolving fast—refining our strategy, growing our teams, and raising the bar across the board. This is an incredible opportunity for the right kind of person—but it’s not for everyone.

We’re looking for A-players —people who don’t just meet expectations, but consistently exceed them. If you thrive in dynamic environments and find joy in turning challenges into momentum, keep reading.

Here’s what makes someone a great fit for this role (and for this moment at Cricut):

You have a bias for urgency. You don’t wait for perfect clarity to take action—you start, learn, and adjust. You believe that speed matters, especially when paired with thoughtfulness. You ask: “What can move forward today?” and push past inertia.

You set high standards—especially for yourself. You’re proud of your work and protective of your reputation. You take ownership, deliver quality, and don’t cut corners. You hold yourself accountable without waiting to be asked.

You stay focused when things are moving fast. You can identify what really matters and don’t get distracted by noise. You prioritize well, and manage your time wisely.

You collaborate like a pro. You elevate the people around you, communicate clearly, and give thoughtful feedback. You’re low ego, high output—and your team loves working with you.

Jobdescription

Job Description

Cricut Creative Labs is building a new generation of digital tools and content experiences that extend Cricut beyond traditional cutting and crafting into the broader creative journey. Our portfolio currently includes a suite of creative tools such as coloring pages, custom art, personalized paint-by-numbers, knit and crochet Patterns, with additional products and creative categories on the roadmap.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Product Manager to help shape and execute the product roadmap for Creative Labs. Reporting to the Director of Product & Engineering, you will work closely with the Director of Product & Engineering and our General Manager to identify what we should build, why we should build it, and how to bring it to customers quickly.

This is a highly cross-functional role that balances strategic product thinking with hands-on execution. You will work closely with Engineering and UX while coordinating with Marketing, Customer Service, Analytics, Content, and other Cricut teams to turn customer needs and business opportunities into products that launch, perform, and continuously improve.

What You'll Do

• Product Strategy & Discovery: Partner with the Director of Product & Engineering to develop and maintain the product roadmap across our suite of creative tools and fabric and patterns library. Evaluate opportunities and develop recommendations for what we should build and why.
• Product Execution: Translate roadmap priorities into clear initiatives, requirements, milestones, and outcomes. Partner closely with Engineering and UX to define scope, sequence work, manage dependencies, surface risks, facilitate decisions, and keep initiatives moving toward launch.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate across Engineering, UX, Marketing, Customer Service, Analytics, Content, and other Cricut teams to align priorities and get the organization moving. Build strong relationships, navigate organizational complexity, and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Customer & Product Insights: Develop a deep understanding of our customers and their creative journeys through user research, customer feedback, product analytics, and direct engagement. Identify patterns, unmet needs, and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Launch & Continuous Improvement: Partner across the organization to launch new products and features successfully, establish the playbooks and support materials needed by the broader business, and measure results against defined product goals and success metrics. Use what we learn to improve existing products and inform what we build next.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial Ownership: You take ownership of outcomes, not just assigned tasks. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity, creating structure where it doesn't exist, and taking an idea from early concept through launch. You see problems as yours to solve and look for a path forward.
• Product Thinking: You can turn customer needs, business goals, and data into clear product decisions. You ask good questions, challenge assumptions, and can explain what we should build, why, and what success looks like.
• Execution & Grit: You are highly organized and persistent. You manage competing priorities and keep work moving when there are dependencies, setbacks, or changing circumstances. When something is blocked, you find another path and don't give up when the first approach doesn't work.
• Influence & Collaboration: You build strong relationships and get things done through people you do not directly manage. You are comfortable navigating a complex organization, understanding different perspectives and priorities, and creating alignment across teams.
• Customer & Business Acumen: You understand how customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals shape product decisions. You can make thoughtful tradeoffs and recognize opportunities to create meaningful value for both customers and the business.
