Referral Bonus Structure:
Reminder: All bonuses are paid out after the referral completes their first 90 days.
- Physicians(Medical Directors, Attending, Collaborating): $3,500(Limited Time Only!)
- Providers(Primary Care, Subspecialty): $2,500
- Care Coordinators(Brooklyn & Florida Hubs): $1,000
- Medical Assistants and Techs: $1,000
- Office Staff: $500
