Job Description Title: Endodontist Location: Mason City, Iowa Status: Full-Time Leading to Partnership Established and unique specialty practice with long-standing community relationships. The practice has an exceptional reputation, with three distinct, but complimentary dental specialties under one roof providing the best patient care. This is not a DSO and is the first Endodontic, Periodontic, and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery combined multispecialty practice in the State of Iowa. These three specialties have unique dental synergies that will enable comprehensive care for the dental patient with the goal of best treatment outcomes through collaboration, a true "union of forces" as described by Dr. William Mayo. Requirements Certificate in Endodontics from an accredited advanced dental education program or equivalent recognized by the American Dental Association. Dental Degree (DMD or DDS) from an accredited advanced dental education program or equivalent recognized by the American Dental Association. Compensation and Benefits The base rate is $10,000/month for the first 6 months or 40% of collections, whichever is greater. Signing bonus - $20,000. Relocation package up to $10k. Practice Autonomy You will be provided with the methods and materials to practice endodontics in the way you see fit as long as this practice meets standard of care for a specialist Endodontist. The exception to this would be an attitude toward production over the best endodontic care. For instance, consistently not treating MB #2 (ML) canals in maxillary first molars due to over‑scheduling.
