Overview Periodontist position at Periodontal Associates of Memphis, a specialty practice in periodontics and implantology. Specialize in the conservative treatment of gum disease, cosmetic procedures to enhance patient smiles, and dental implants. Also diagnose and treat oral pathology. Responsibilities Deliver patient care in periodontics, including gum disease treatment, implant placement, and cosmetic procedures. Diagnose and treat oral pathology. Maintain professional communication with patients and colleagues, both spoken and written. Participate in in‑house continuing education and mentorship programs. Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an ADA‑accredited dental school. Board Certified and/or Board Eligible in Periodontics. Current Tennessee dental license. Current CPR, BLS, and PALS certifications. Experience in a clinical or private practice setting. Strong aptitude for professional communication. Benefits Daily rate of $1,500. Second year earning 35% of adjusted production. Sign‑on bonus of $30,000. Eligibility to Pathway to Partnership. Annual CE budget of $5,000 with an extensive in‑house CE program. Full medical and benefits, licensure and DEA expenses covered. Malpractice insurance covered. ADA and State dues, as well as AAP dues covered. Mentorship program and autonomous clinical practice with administrative assistance.
