Develop, validate and optimize bioanalytical methods using analytical techniques. Process, analyze and interpret bioanalytical data. Find solutions to problems related to the application of bioanalytical methods. Assist in improving laboratory activity processes, including method development, validation, and sample analysis. Write and review bioanalytical method Standard Operating Procedures. Review scientific literature to guide the development of bioanalytical methods. Document activities related to the development and validation of bioanalytical methods. Assist with training of employees related to research and development and validation. Assist in competitive intelligence by developing and testing new analytical instruments. Coordinate resources used during the development and validation of bioanalytical methods. Carry out support tasks to meet the needs of laboratory users. Perform all biological sample processing and analysis activities as required. Supervise the work of associate research scientists. Qualification Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Science. Alternate certification may be considered as a suitable alternative. Experience in a regulatory context is considered an asset. Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and analytical software. Strong scientific problem‑solving skills. Experience in literature research. Required bilingualism in English, including verbal and written communication on technical topics.
