Position Overview Vivalon is seeking an experienced Senior Transportation Supervisor to lead our driver workforce in San Francisco. This role serves as the first line of management for a team of drivers and attendants, ensuring high performance, safety, compliance, and a positive employee experience.You'll play a key role in coaching, mentoring, and supporting frontline team members while helping maintain operational excellence in transportation services.This role requires a Commercial Driver's License! Requirements: Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., on-time performance, timesheets, SamSara data) and provide coaching and feedbackSupervise, mentor, and support drivers and attendants to ensure high-quality service and complianceConduct performance evaluations and deliver ongoing coaching, including corrective actions when necessary (in partnership with HR and Operations)Participate in recruitment efforts, including interviewing and hiring decisionsFoster employee engagement through recognition programs and appreciation initiativesConduct ride-alongs and "followings" to assess performance and provide real-time feedbackServe as Supervisor on Duty as needed, responding to employee concerns, safety incidents, and operational issuesSupport training programs, including onboarding, remedial training, and CDL developmentRespond to field incidents (accidents, safety concerns) and conduct auditsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projectsAssist as a backup driver or attendant when necessary Qualifications Proven leadership and supervisory experienceExperience in transportation operations (preferably with driver oversight)Knowledge of ADA regulations and passenger transport safety standardsFamiliarity with state and federal safety regulationsCommercial Driver's License (CDL), or willingness to obtain oneStrong organizational, time management, and prioritization skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Knowledge of Vivalon service areas and contracts is a plus Compensation & Benefits Salary: $70,000-$80,000 annually (DOE)Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, vision, and chiropractic coverage Life insurance Retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Additional employee benefits Compensation details: 0 Yearly SalaryPI8f60a54b7f04-3528
