This Interventional Radiology opportunity in Lansing, Michigan is seeking a full-time, Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist to join a well-established hospital-based IR team consisting of three physicians and two APPs. The position offers a consistent day-shift schedule with a 1:3 call rotation and provides a broad range of complex interventional procedures in a Level I Trauma Center setting. The facility is open to locum providers who can commit to at least 2 3 weeks of coverage per month. Dates / Schedule Coverage needed ASAPEstimated credentialing timeframe: Approximately 90 days (expedited process available for urgent needs)Day-shift hospital-based scheduleCall coverage:Every third weekday (Q3)Every third weekend1:3 call rotation among Interventional RadiologistsAverage case volume: Approximately 8 cases per dayFacility open to travel providers able to provide 2 3+ weeks of coverage per month Job Details / Responsibilities Provide comprehensive Interventional Radiology services in a hospital-based practice setting.Perform a wide range of image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including:AngioplastyStent placementEmbolizationNeedle biopsiesThrombolysisUterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE)Additional experience with orthopedic, gynecologic, and urologic interventions is preferred.Work collaboratively with a support team that includes:3 Interventional Radiologists2 Advanced Practice ProvidersDepartment manager and ancillary staffPrimarily treat adult patients, including a significant geriatric population.Provide inpatient and emergency procedural coverage within a Level I Trauma Center.
