Responsibilities include patient care, didactic and clinical training of residents, and opportunities for basic and clinical research. The role offers immediate engagement in a busy tertiary clinic. Required Qualifications Graduated from a fully accredited ophthalmology residency program and eligible for medical licensure in Alabama. Certified or eligible for certification by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Successfully completed a Pediatric Ophthalmology fellowship. Preferred Qualifications Any additional subspecialty training or research experience. Salary, rank and tenure status are commensurate with qualifications.
