This is a 12‑month, non‑tenure‑track position within the College of Law. OGEPP is a collaborative project with Governor DeWine to significantly shorten the processing time for pardon applications in the state of Ohio. The College of Law has a longstanding commitment to excellence in clinical legal education. The clinical programs at the University of Toledo are designed to expose students to the practical skills and professionalism required for the successful practice of law. Minimum Qualifications Applicants must possess a juris doctorate and an Ohio bar license, excellent academic credentials, significant experience in legal practice, and a commitment to excellence in experiential legal education and community engagement. Ideal candidates demonstrate sound judgment and discretion and have excellent written and oral communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Prior criminal law practice, teaching, and experience with reentry legal services are preferred.
