Position Information Required BE/BC Physician (Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine) 12‑hour shifts APP supported position EMR: Meditech Highly competitive compensation with a comprehensive benefits package Facility Details CHI St. Joseph's Health ( is a 25‑bed critical access hospital Level IV trauma with 24/7 services 10,000 annual ER visits 13‑bed ED with 2 trauma bays Responsibilities Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement Adhere to ethical standards and stay informed about healthcare regulations Stay updated on medical advancements and participate in ongoing education and training Qualifications American Board Certified or Board Eligible in EM or FM Valid and unrestricted state medical license or license‑eligible Location Park Rapids, MN.
