Your expertise in medication management and psychotherapy will be critical in developing effective treatment strategies for patients with varying mental health conditions. You will also participate in on‑call rotations, ensuring timely and effective response to patient needs after hours. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans encompassing therapy and medication management. Provide on‑call psychiatric coverage and respond to emergency cases as needed. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain up‑to‑date patient records with accurate documentation of treatments and progress. Engage in continuous education to remain up‑to‑date with advancements in the field of psychiatry. Requirements: M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school. Board certification in Psychiatry. Active medical license in the state of practice. Demonstrated experience in psychiatric evaluation and treatment. Ideal candidate will have 2–5 years post‑residency clinical psychiatry experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient‑centered care. Willingness to participate in on‑call coverage as part of a proactive mental health team. U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required.
