Position Overview The RN Clinical Supervisor is responsible for leading a nursing team, ensuring high‑quality patient care, and managing schedules and operations. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional patient care and maintain high standards of clinical excellence. Develop and oversee nursing team schedules, ensuring coverage and efficiency. Address and resolve operational challenges and provide decision‑making support. Lead team growth initiatives and build a supportive, collaborative environment. Qualifications BSN from an accredited nursing school. Current nursing license to practice in Louisiana. American Heart Association BLS certification.
