We are a 120-bed facility, providing comprehensive mental health services for adults and adolescents in both Inpatient and Outpatient settings. This position qualifies for education loan repayment up to $125,000 over four years via Arizona BHLRP program. Position Details Full-Time Role: Choose between an Employed W-2 or Independent Contractor/1099 position. Job Title: Adult or Adolescent Psychiatrist. Setting: Primarily Inpatient; Outpatient program development opportunity available if interested. Consistent Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift. Minimal Call/Weekends: Once monthly weekend rounding and one evening call per week. What You’ll Do: Complete admissions, discharges, daily patient care follow ups, and treatment team leadership. Caseload: Inpatient caseload average of 13-15 patients per day. Compensation and Benefits Competitive Package: Base salary compensation plus bonus earnings potential.
