Job Summary and Responsibilities CHI Saint Joseph Medical Group is seeking an Oncologist to join an established group in growing their comprehensive oncology program across the state of Kentucky, specifically in our Lexington and Berea locations. The Oncologist provides high quality, comprehensive, accessible and cost effective general oncology patient care. We offer the latest in cancer-care technology, including indication-specific use of the latest FDA approved drugs, state-of-the-art linear accelerator based radiation therapy and strong partnerships with other providers such as surgeons who use da Vinci Xi surgical system for less pain and faster recovery. Position Overview Hematology-Oncology; Oncology board required, Hematology board NOT required. APP support in clinic; APP sees benign hematology patients. Walk into existing patient panel and a large referral base! Monday-Friday schedule, 4 hours admin time per week Light 1:6 weekday call (phone-only). 1:4 weekend call. Job Requirements Education Successful completion of an accredited residency program in the U.S. or Canada. Successful completion of an accredited fellowship program in the U.S. or Canada. Open to new graduates. License/Certification Kentucky License/Eligible. DEA. Board certified in Oncology; Hematology board NOT required.
