Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Develop and implement effective nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to promote quality patient care. Collaborate with the medical director and other interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans. Supervise and manage a team of nurses, including LPNs, CNAs, and other support staff. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance patient care and streamline operations. Participate in budget development and management to ensure fiscal responsibility. Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork. Requirements Minimum 1+ years of experience in a nursing leadership role. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field. Current RN license in the state of New York.
