AACI is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician (MD or DO) to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team. What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to patients of all ages. Conduct physical exams, interpret diagnostics, and develop individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including behavioral health and community wellness staff. Support chronic disease management through patient education and self-care guidance. Coordinate specialty referrals and inpatient care when needed. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and clinical audits. Maintain accurate documentation and care coordination using EHR systems. Provide rotating on-call coverage and cross-coverage for colleagues. Mentor mid-level providers, residents, and medical students. Represent AACI at community health events. What you bring to the team! MD or DO from an accredited medical institution. Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty. Active, unrestricted California medical license and DEA registration. Minimum 2 years of primary care clinical experience. Current BLS certification. Passion for serving underserved and multicultural communities. Strong collaborative mindset and commitment to team-based care. Why Join AACI?
