Job Overview Oversee operations and staff of the Behavioral Health Clinic. Provide direct clinical service delivery, mentor future psychologists, and support professional growth and development opportunities. Responsibilities Lead clinic operations and manage staff. Deliver direct clinical services to children and families. Mentor emerging psychologists and provide clinical oversight. Assist with program development and quality improvement initiatives. Adhere to state licensure requirements and professional standards. Maintain professional competencies and documentation. Qualifications Ph.D. or Psy.D. in clinical, school, or counseling psychology. Completed an APA-approved internship or equivalent. Licensed (or licensable) Psychologist, Counselor, or Mental Health Practitioner in the state of practice. Proficiency in diagnosing and treating a wide range of clinical concerns: disruptive behavior problems, ADHD, oppositional and defiant behavior, sleep disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, motor habits, academic problems, and ASDs.
