JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery (BC highly preferred, BE required)Licenses: Active ND license (highly preferred) or Universal License (IMLC)DEA: DEA Certification (highly preferred, required during credentialing)Certifications: BLS, ACLSOther Qualifications: Clean malpractice history (highly preferred); Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation mandatory.Duties & Responsibilities Treat and manage orthopedic patients presenting to the Emergency Department.Perform Orthopedic surgical procedures including fracture stabilizations and splinting.Provide 24-hour call coverage, responding to ER consults and emergencies.Document all patient encounters accurately in Meditech/Allscripts EMR.Collaborate with ER and OR support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
