We are actively seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) in San Diego, CA at the San Diego Veterans Hospital to join our team! Our contract assignments range from a minimum of 13 weeks to 1 year with the mutual option to extend, giving you the opportunity to broaden your horizons and choose a different adventure. Qualifications Active and unrestricted LVN/LPN license from ANY State. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in direct patient care. Responsibilities Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor and assess the patient\'s vital signs and condition. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs). Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Adhere to all relevant healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.
