We do GYN-only, no obstetrics, and operate with a patient-first culture grounded in Integrity, Compassion, and Community Responsibility The Role We’re hiring a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon to expand access to advanced benign GYN surgery in the Atlanta area. What You’ll Do Perform advanced laparoscopic and robotic procedures (e.g., hysterectomy, myomectomy, excision of endometriosis, lysis of adhesions, adnexal surgery ) Office-based procedures and evidence-based medical management Consults and longitudinal care for fibroids, endometriosis, pelvic pain, AUB, and other benign GYN conditions Collaborate on care pathways, ERAS protocols, and quality improvement initiatives Help shape service-line growth (clinical protocols, referral relationships, education/outreach) Why This Is Different GYN-only : no OB call/deliveries; focused surgical practic Mentorship & training : MIGS skill ramp, robotic credentialing/proctoring available OR access : consistent block time; experienced peri-op team Lifestyle : predictable schedule; energetic, mission-driven team Schedule & Call Typical mix: 2–3 OR days / 2 clinic days (flexible based on growth and surgeon preference) No OB call ; limited GYN-only call as applicable Qualifications MD/DO with completion of ACGME OB/GYN residency ; MIGS fellowship welcomed but not required Eligible for Georgia medical license; board certified/eligible in OB/GYN Comfort with (or interest in training for) advanced laparoscopy and robotic surgery (da Vinci) Team-first communicator committed to patient-centered and data-driven care Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary with productivity incentives Comprehensive benefits (health, retirement, PTO, 401K, performance bonus), CME allowance, paid malpractice Clear path for growth and leadership in a high-demand market #J-18808-Ljbffr
