Regional Nurse Director - Jefferson County Department: FQHC Psychiatry Employment Type: Full Time Location: Festus - Truman Boulevard Description Lead nursing teams that expand access to compassionate behavioral healthcare across rural communities. The Regional Nurse Director of Jefferson County provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for outpatient medication clinics across an assigned region. This role supports nursing teams, strengthens collaboration across behavioral health programs, and helps ensure high-quality, person-centered care for the individuals and communities we serve. Working closely with program and residential leaders, the Regional Nurse Director plays an important role in advancing clinical excellence, supporting staff development, and promoting wellness throughout the organization.
