We're looking for motivated Life Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing team and help families find the right coverage. You'll work company-provided leads on an automated speed dialer - no cold prospecting or buying your own leads - guiding prospects through their options across multiple top-rated carriers and earning commission on every policy you place. This is a high-volume, phone-based role with hands-on training and licensing support, so whether you're already licensed or ready to get there, we'll set you up to succeed. If you're driven, coachable, and thrive on the phone, you can develop a real career here.Compensation:$50,000 - $85,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Work a high volume of free, company-provided leads daily using the speed dialerConnect with prospects quickly, build rapport, and conduct needs assessments over the phonePresent and explain life insurance options across multiple carriers (term, whole, final expense, etc.) in clear, honest termsRecommend appropriate coverage and quote policies that fit each client's needs and budgetGuide prospects through the application process and submit complete, accurate applicationsFollow up through underwriting to ensure policies are issued, accepted, and paid - reducing not-taken and lapsed businessMaintain accurate records of all calls and activity in the CRM/dialerStay compliant with carrier guidelines and state insurance regulations on every callMeet weekly activity and monthly production targetsParticipate in ongoing training, team meetings, and coachingQualifications:Exceptional knowledge of most types of life insurance and insurance plans, including term life, whole life, universal life, variable life, variable universal life, simplified issue life, guaranteed issue life, final expense, and group life, current life insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations Superb management, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.Active life insurance license, or willingness to obtain one (licensing support provided)Strong verbal communication and people skillsSelf-motivated and comfortable in a commission-based roleReliable computer and internet (if the role is remote)Prior sales experience - insurance ideal, but any phone, retail, or B2C sales countsAbout CompanyAt Enhance Companies, we help families protect what matters most while building rewarding careers for the agents who serve them.
