Ideal candidate must be diligent, meticulous, have excellent attendance, and work overtime as needed. Ideal candidate must have excellent organizational and analytical skills. Ideal candidate must be able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and follow specific instruction. Essential Functions and Basic Duties: Prepare plans and documentation for use in field by low voltage techniciansWork with homebuilders and other trades to gather relevant information to complete the job preparation processReconcile purchase orders from homebuildersComplete billing documentation per job incorporating options and additions to ensure accurate invoicing to customerAssist with low voltage bids and take-offs using templates and tools providedAssist in bid maintenance as directed by Estimating ManagerAssist Estimating Manager with estimating related projects Prerequisites and Qualifications: Residential low voltage experience helpful but not requiredWillingness to learn the low voltage trade code using tools, resources and training provided by companyAbility to communicate effectively with homebuildersStrong computer skills and experience with Microsoft OutlookExcellent math skills This position is hourly plus benefits including health insurance with employer contribution and a 401k plan with an employer matching contribution.
