Overview This is an independent practice opportunity. Physicians establish or transition into an independently operated medical practice supported by MedCBO’s administrative infrastructure. Physicians own and operate their own practice entity while MedCBO provides non‑clinical business and operational support. No employment relationship; physicians retain full clinical authority and decision‑making. Location Multiple U.S. markets (urban, suburban, and rural). Physician directs relocation and market selection, subject to licensure and regulatory requirements. Physician Responsibilities Provide care within the physician’s specialty scope. Develop professional relationships within the medical community. Determine clinical services offered. Manage clinical quality and patient experience. Co‑operate with MedCBO for payer credentialing and other administrative coordination. Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO Practice formation coordination. Billing and collections management. Payer contract negotiation. Financial infrastructure and reporting. Operational workflows and staffing systems. Technology platform and implementation. EHR, telehealth, and clinical workflow systems. Credentialing, enrollments, and facility privileging coordination. HR administration, staffing workflows, and compliance support. Supply‑chain and vendor coordination. Requirements MD or DO with an unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice. Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in a specialty appropriate to the clinical services provided. Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable. Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates. No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice. Interest in the independent practice model. Preferred Desire for practice ownership. Community‑based care interest. Leadership or program development interest. Compensation Compensation is not a salary and is generated by the physician‑owned practice.
