Eligible physicians may start a new private practice, transition from employment, convert an existing practice, or relocate and establish a new practice. Responsibilities Provide patient care within specialty scope. Develop professional relationships within the medical community. Coordinate with MedCBO on payer credentialing and contract negotiation. Determine clinical services offered. Manage clinical quality and patient experience. Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO Practice formation coordination. Billing and collections management. Payer contract negotiation. Financial infrastructure and reporting. Operational workflows and staffing systems. Technology platform and implementation. Human resources and compliance support. Requirements MD or DO with unrestricted license in good standing in intended state. Board Certified or Board Eligible in a specialty appropriate to clinical services. Eligible for hospital/facility privileges where applicable. Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard rates. No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions preventing independent practice. Interest in the independent practice model. Preferred Desire for practice ownership. Community‑based care interest. Leadership or program development interest. Location Multiple U.S. markets available (urban, suburban, rural). Relocation and market selection are physician‑directed, subject to licensure. Compensation Compensation is not a salary and is generated by the physician‑owned practice.
