Alabama Oncology is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Medical Oncologist to join their established and growing practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a growing cancer center with a seasoned clinical staff. Alabama Oncology has been providing cancer care in central Alabama since 1984 and is one of the largest, private, community-based providers of cancer care services in Alabama. The practice has 24 board certified physicians and has a network of 9 clinics strategically located throughout central Alabama with a strong presence in Birmingham’s major hospitals so patients can receive treatment close to home. Alabama Oncology has an extensive clinical research program and a retail pharmacy, as well as lab and pathology services. The practice provides Medical Oncology, Hematology, Gynecologic Oncology, Surgical Oncology and Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery services. Alabama Oncology offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including three weeks vacation and one week paid CME. Physician will be eligible for partnership after three years.
