Position Profile: Working in close partnership with the Early Phase Medical Lead and Oncology Principal Investigators, you will bring specialist clinical trial and research expertise to the delivery of exceptional, patient‑centred care within your specialty. Responsibilities: You will lead and oversee high‑quality clinical trial and research care by setting and advancing standards of best practice, driving continuous improvement in clinical delivery, supporting staff education, and initiating research and quality improvement initiatives. As a trusted clinical expert, you will provide specialist consultation and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes, contributing to excellence in both inpatient and ambulatory care settings. About Perth Children's Hospital (PCH): Western Australia's specialist paediatric hospital and trauma centre, with 298 beds, located at the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre. PCH offers primary care for severe medical cases and secondary services such as inpatient, outpatient, and day‑stay care. (Relates to essential criteria 4, 5 & 6) A current resume summarising your experience and including phone and email contact details of two professional referees, with at least one being a recent supervisor/line manager.
