Our client near Union, NJ is looking to add a Physician Assistant to their orthopedic team. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday schedule with no call or weekend requirements. Previous orthopedic experience preferred, licensed new graduates with applicable rotations will be considered.Responsibilities:Chart reviewsFirst assist in the OR when neededProvide medical treatment to pre/post op patientsDevelop and implement patient management plansEducate patients on overall wellness and health maintenanceMaintain a safe and clean work environmentQualifications:- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program- Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C)- New Jersey State Physician Assistant License- Familiarity with standards of care in various healthcare settings- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
