Location New York Position Summary Clinic Directors oversee all aspects of clinic operations, manage clinical and non‑clinical staff, work with patients to provide individualized treatment and plans of care, promote efficient service utilization and program development, collaborate with marketing strategies, and foster communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards within the local community. Directors facilitate continuing education, mentorship, and support team performance. Responsibilities Oversee clinic operations and staff management. Facilitate continuing education and mentorship for team members. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred. Strong work ethic and growth mindset. Passion for mentoring and developing teammates. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $100,000–$120,000/year based on experience, hours, certifications, and more.
