Your future role at a glance Location: Tulsa, OK Facility: St. John Medical Center Department: Medical Affairs Credentialing Schedule: Day shift | Full-time Eligible for an annual bonus incentive #LI-KC1 How you’ll make an impact in this role Provide comprehensive Market level oversight for 7 hospitals and medical staff offices. Direct the integration and implementation of new systems. Manage the medical staff office team, including oversight of all medical staff events and relationship management. Serve as a key point of responsibility for the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and various committees. Lead the planning and execution of medical events and retreats in collaboration with the foundation. What minimum qualifications you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Certified Credentialing Specialist preferred. Certified Professional Medical Services Management preferred. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate’s degree/Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
