Job Overview AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a dynamic Palliative Medicine physician to join our team at East Orlando. The provider will join one APP and one social worker to provide inpatient consultations to our 295‑bed community hospital. Clinical care expectations include goals of care, family meetings and complex symptom management in the inpatient setting. The program fosters a growth mindset and appreciates diverse provider backgrounds including psychiatry, family medicine, critical care and internal medicine. Location and Schedule Location: 7727 Lake Underhill Road, Orlando, FL 32822. Shift: Full Time Days, Scheduled Hours: 40. Start Date: 05/10/2026. Responsibilities Lead inpatient palliative care consultations. Collaborate with an APP and a social worker to provide patient and family‑centered care. Participate in educational activities with fellows and APPs. Provide rotations for fellows at the East Campus. Qualifications Board Certification or Eligibility in Hospice and Palliative Medicine with active board certification through one of the co‑sponsoring boards. Strong clinical skills in palliative care and desire to grow with the program. Comfort overseeing APPs (APRN/PA) and educating fellows/APPs. Benefits Relocation assistance.
