Comfortable with medication administration and patient assessments under supervision. Ability to respond to patient needs both in-person and by phone. What You Will Do: Assist the physician in coordinating age-appropriate care for patients, under the supervision of the Clinic Manager. Perform basic patient assessments including vital signs, height, weight, manual blood pressure, and history gathering. Identify and communicate urgent concerns to the physician promptly. Administer medications and treatments with 100% accuracy, following physician orders and clinic policy. Perform phlebotomy, point of care testing, and other clinical procedures in compliance with safety and quality standards. Respond to patient-related phone calls, assess needs, document actions, and communicate with physicians. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with clinical charge entries.
