Caring for hospitalized patients daily when on call if applicable; taking inpatient if applicable and outpatient call on rotation according to Provider Staff Manages medical support staff by: Supervising/collaborating with advanced practitioners, as appropriate and Provides historical reference by: Completing forms and documentation within requested time Maintains professional and technical knowledge by: Participating in an ongoing basis in a Continuing Medical Education Program. Keeps informed by: Attending committee, provider, departmental and patient-centered medical home care team meetings as assigned. Ensures quality of care by: Participating in the Center's Continuous Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Participates in outreach events as needed. Serves as a preceptor to clinical students as needed.
