About the Position We are seeking a part‑time (15+ hours per week) or full‑time (30+ hours per week) Adult Psychiatrist or Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our outpatient group in Santa Monica, California, with additional locations in the surrounding area. What You’ll Do Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations. Choose your practice model: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend. Set your own caseload and patient volume. Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team. Compensation & Benefits Compensation range of $375,000 to $440,000, productivity‑based model.
