Responsibilities Rotational Outreach Schedule: Balanced schedule at main location with outreach at two other locations. Outreach locations are within an hour’s drive from Lafayette, IN. Call: 1:4. Average number of outpatients: 11-13 patients per day. Average number of inpatients: 8-15 patients per day. Common Diagnoses: Atrial Fibrillation, Hypertension, Coronary Artery Disease, Heart Failure, Dyslipidemia.
