This role is a Primary Care Physician responsible for delivering comprehensive outpatient medical care to adults, with a focus on low-income, LGBTQ+ individuals, and patients living with or at risk for HIV. The physician provides direct clinical services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and gender-affirming care, while also contributing to quality improvement, protocol development, and clinic operations.
