Job Title Primary Care Physician, Family or Internal Medicine Department Internal Medicine Location Eatonton, GA Responsibilities Maintain a financially viable clinical practice at Mercer Medicine Eatonton. Report to the Mercer Medicine Managing Partner. Participate in incentive compensation based on wRVU production, patient satisfaction scores, and clinic financial performance. Qualifications Holds an M.D. degree and is board certified (or board eligible) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Georgia. Demonstrates strong experience working in interdisciplinary healthcare, education, and clinical settings. Experience in a health‑related clinical area is desirable. Experience in outpatient care is desirable. Ability to work well with others in an academic setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience presenting and communicating medical concepts to clinical and lay audiences. Familiarity with medical settings and culture. Experience working with stakeholders and communities in rural, medically underserved areas of Georgia. Background Check Criminal history required.
